Scholarship Opportunities
Proficiency Award, Career Development Event, and Leadership Development Event Winners
The Oklahoma FFA Foundation is committed to recognizing excellence and cultivating opportunities for Oklahoma FFA members through continuing education scholarships. Scholarships are awarded to state winners in Oklahoma FFA Proficiency Awards, Career Development Events (CDEs), and Leadership Development Events (LDEs), recognizing students who have demonstrated exceptional achievement, skill, and leadership.
These scholarships help students pursue higher education while celebrating the dedication and hard work required to excel in agricultural education. Through the generosity of scholarship sponsors, the Foundation continues to cultivate opportunities that inspire achievement and prepare the next generation of leaders.
Future Agricultural Education Teacher Academy
The Oklahoma FFA Foundation cultivates the next generation of agricultural educators through the Future Agricultural Education Teacher Academy, hosted by Oklahoma State University. Oklahoma FFA members explore careers in agricultural education while developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become future teachers. Participants experience campus life, connect with agricultural education faculty and current students, and gain a firsthand look at the impact they can make in classrooms and communities across Oklahoma. Eligible participants who enroll in Oklahoma State University's agricultural education teacher preparation program may also receive a Foundation scholarship to support their educational journey.
Washington Leadership Conference
The Oklahoma FFA Foundation helps Oklahoma FFA members take their leadership journey to the national level through Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) scholarships. Students attend the National FFA Organization's premier leadership conference in Washington, D.C., where they develop leadership skills, discover their purpose, strengthen their ability to serve others, and return home with a plan to make a lasting impact in their local communities. Scholarship recipients also experience our nation's history firsthand while connecting with FFA members from across the country, returning home inspired to lead and serve.
